During the summer:
- CEF of Oregon holds a week long training school called Christian Youth In Action® to train teens to evangelize and teach children in church and missions programs
- 5 Day Clubs® are held in churches, day car centers, and yards
- Day Camp Good News is held at the All Sports Park and the YMCA in July
- The Wordless Book is shared at CEF attractions at local fairs

Most children reached in CEF do not attend a Church. All are encouraged to attend a local Bible believing Church and invited to enroll in a free Bible correspondence course.
